S&P 500 Speculative Positions
Speculative positions on S&P 500 taken by speculators (normal + e-mini). The size of a contract is S&P 500 index x 250$ for normal contract and S&P 500 index x 50$ for e-mini.

Data published by the CFTC in the weekly report regarding the commitment of traders on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Hereunder, we consider only non commercial and future only open positions, widely named “hedge Funds speculative positions”.

Chart on Hedge Funds positions are charted for short only, long only and net (long minus short). Moreover, the S&P 500 weekly average price is added.
